Interview Questions to Ask Hiring Manager
The hiring manager is the person you will be reporting to. They are looking for a new addition to their team, in order to solve some business need.
Perhaps their team has too much work in order to cope. It is also possible that someone has left the company or moved internally. This gap needs to be filled. Either way, it is always important to find the candidate that requires the least onboarding to be able to do the job.
